This thread needs some lust devil

Naked somehow
not only undressed,
also bared
of barriers.

But for hearts
bellowing,

two stand
silent.

Waiting
for the other
to respond
beyond reaction.

No resistance
through distance,
but savouring
synchronised intent
and bloodrush beats.

Confident
that time for once
is on their side,
space theirs alone
to occupy.

One step.
Two.

Air bows,
and moves aside
to make way.

Embracing behind,
gently enclosing,
as worlds meet
tentatively eager.

Merge
by arms around,
by skin electric,
lips alight,
only barely
separate minds.

Escaped from ill,
foul of fright,
a first right
frozen in time,
echoing still,

and the universe
shifts,
in fraction
of notion
this night.

Hearts still beat,
somehow.

There once was a girl named Diane
Who traveled through space in a van
At a quarter to one
She drove to the sun
Just cause she wanted a tan... cool

When you can't teach your kids to pick up,
Go out and get them a little pup.
I couldn't train this brood of mine,
To pick things up, but this canine

Has taught them what I couldn't teach
To keep things up and out of his reach.
He'll chew on toys, dolls and shoes.
Nothing is safe, when a puppy chews.

He all but ruined Mikey's blocks.
He chewed cars, trucks, baseballs and socks.
Terrie's doll is quite a sight,
He chewed on it most of the night.

He chewed a sweater, a coat, a glove
On all the things, they dearly love.
Now I don't tell them to pick it up'
I just say, 'Here comes the pup.' laugh

Cocoa
Baby cocoa bounces this way and that
pulling down the laundry, dragging out the garbage sack
Chewing up my favorite shoes, biting hand and jumping in the air
pooing and peeing on the carpet, about this it's obvious he doesn't care
He like the little boy with all the neat toys; he's easy to pull down by his nappy that he like to tear
he know he is a baby...just like himself
I'm always telling hime "No!, don't do that!"
But he's not sure wha that means
He does as he is pleased, and drives me crazy
But I love him because he's so sill and zayny

and because...he loves me back

His brown eyes and brown coat..soft warm padded paws beg me to play a game of chase the ball despite the pouring rain...

and for him...I do.

Watching the day pass
only feeling what I want
this pounding feeling this tingle
this this this, I have here in me
all these thought of you..all this, all that has happened between us all so much
makeing my heart full
makeing me want you, to have you, to keep you
tight in me, deep inside me
Taking this breath and exhailing this same breath.
I am thinking
I am thinking in my head of you! you! you!

Your face before me

I am yours, I am yours...lost to you
I was so far away, lost to me
under water where I was safe
I am exihilerated with this chance to jump off with you

Fire in my hands, fire in my chest
Your breath on my neck and in my ear, in my hair
Do I dare take this chance with you, have I already?
Can I pull back still?
Have I gone too far?

From water to fire
from this to that
from here to there
from me to you
waiting, watching this day pass...thinking of you.

You said you loved me
You stole my heart
But now we spend
Our days apart

I can still remember
Every touch, every word
You left me with nothing
But tears and hurt

It takes time
For the heart to heal
But it hurts to know
Your love wasn’t real

As months go by
I’ll heal in time
I’ll find someone
Who will be mine

There is someone out there
To help heal my pain
It’s then I will learn
To love again

purple heart

Memories

In the noisy crowd, amid the hustle and bustle, all of a sudden.

A face that looks familiar, a laugh that triggers a memory flash.

Unwanted and uninvited, wanted to be forgotten, tried to be erased.

Away, go, be gone, be forever forgotten, be never to have existed.

And yet here you are, from the past, but present as once had been.

Soon, thankfully though, you are replaced by another, different, thought.

Overtaken by the here and now, which places no value on the past.

doh

The Fog

Moist but not wet, cool but not cold,
the fog that lies over the lake.

I move through it and it is so refreshing,
it brings with it subtle smells of the night.

The moon is now full, throwing light everywhere.
Bright enough, even to pick the last blackberries.

Muffled sounds move through the air,
Behind the hedge cows much lazily,
while overhead a lone curlew shrieks by,

On orange cloud sits over Galway, its lights shining bright.
But here, all is quiet, all is at peace, all is at rest.

the one

And if I could choose to do it again..I would
and if the time does pass and not good has come to me...I still would
for I know my path..I know my way
I am resolve...and it is here I stay

And if the day come when my death is at hand..
I will not regret the who I am, for I am made by one who knows
I am created for those that have grown from my woumb
I am created to love the ones that enter and leave my life

I know my path..I know my way..and it is here that I stay
only one knows my final destiney..only one know the way for me
only one picks what is good for me...and I wait..I wait on his answers..his instruction..his direction and live in his love.

I love..I love..I love the creator of all things

The Lazy Cat

I have a very lazy cat
Who never leaves her sleeping mat
Except to eat and lick her bum
That's all she seems to do for fun

She wags her tail upon awaking
And will glare at you, her eyebrows shaking
Unless you open a can of Food;
The magic wand to change her mood

She opts to sleep both night day
And rarely moves except to play
Her game of choice being chasing string
And purring loud, the happy thing

Some days she may take a spurt
And hog your lap for all it's worth
Don't make plans lest this takes place
She won't be moved from her new base

In spite of this, her lack of work
Is probably her bestest perk
For she loves you like no other can
The Lazy Cat, yer only man!
