I think everyone needs to come over and do summersaults off my couch with me,,,Seriously tho,,are expectations set to high? I like the concept of anticipation over expectation,,try to enjoy someone for who they are ( after all,,something clicked )and there are less disapointments ( this is all theory,,mind you )

I dont think expectations are set too high, no.
I think people need to get off their soap boxes, accept their failings, (because we all have them), get over their hurts from the past, deal with their prejudices, and get on with their lives..
Otherwise, stop bleedin whinging, and get outa here...!

by the way i cant do summersaults of your couch as i have a lung infection and i am sick

Ah, I am not about to, been around these parts too long, and have some good chums here.
I prefer positive people, I am not very good with people who are in a pit of misery.
I lose patience.
I do feel that it is hard, fear prevents people from taking the plunge and all the publicity about scammers is something that puts people off, but I do think that people should take responsibility for themselves, being scammed and screwed online is easy to avoid, that is what the delete button is for, once one meets a person and then is scammed, then that is a different matter and that has happened many times, I can spot a person who is out for something a mile away.
I can also see a person who is interested in a relationship and there are many, yet it seems that it so hard for some to meet up.
But the few that I know of that have, are always a joy to read.
I like a good story about how love has formed.

This place is full of wonderful men, I could give you a run down of them right now, but that is my opinion, and would be unfair for me to do that.
Nobody has to search for them they are here in droves, blimey, one only has to read alot of threads and they are there.
