Fri., night was my big test, I went out to a bar with my daughter and a friend. My friend went outside several times for a cig., and I felt just fine. No temptation at all. Not to say that I'd love one right now.....I'm half way through chewing on a pencil and attempting to fantasise making love to all you beautiful women. At this moment, it seems to be working.

The down side; when my fantasy is over, I can't light up. I hope it was good for you too.

ALL YOU GOOD GOOD PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME:

The reason for the bad ilnesses as lung cancer caused by cigarettes that s right.

But not the real tobacco from the fields of Turkiye.I smoke Turkish tobacco right away from the field and i just feel fine.

But what you smoke is those expensive government feeding taxed cigarettes and tobacco ,fabricated and loads of different substance added is killing you.

Instead of smoking 4 filtered known brand smoke get one of mine.Less harm, more pleasure,100%satisfaction.

But i ve got a paper problem.these papers are also dangereous.I use damascus paper. But there should be one less harmful and organic. That s the only problem i couldnt solve.handshake

I'm gonna put my fat where my mouth is. Ewwwwww! Thats sound nasty! Today! I start losing weight. thumbs up We will stick together!

Plan:

1 potty.....that should lower me by ten pounds because I know some peoples opinion.

2 get a hair cut.......there goes three pounds.

3 Go bare footed.....nope! Then I would have to wash my feet more often.rolling on the floor laughing

4 fast....to clean out.......if I did not eat anything....I could live off the fat of the land for months. rolling on the floor laughing

Today I fast! Goodbye biscut and gravy...it was fun!

Fantasy always works for me!!!!!! Just keep thinking about all the negative things you hate about smoking, then think about all the positives you love about not smoking. This helped me when I cold turkeyed at 3 packs a day. 8 days in, you just about have it licked. Proud of you!

I quit about 1 1/2 months ago now. I'm using the patch because I decided it would work best. Also, after smoking for 41 years, (yes, I said 41) I figure I need help. I'm at the point where I can drink without going nuts wanting a smoke, I can drive without it, drink coffee, etc. I do believe it's going VERY well but am going to stay on the patch for the recommended time. I'm not going to take any chances.

Cheers and kudos to all you fellow quitters!! May we all STAY tobacco-free!! cheering peace yay
