I speak to my mother by phone every few days and visit her every 2 weeks, she lives a state away, and when i visit her we go out to dinner each time... I love my mother very much. I'm 26yrs old and my mother is 69yrs old and a diabetic, so i like to see her as much as i can....

Sorry to hear that......but even without that mother/daughter relationships can e difficult! After two weeks with mine I need to leave to save my sanity!

I say this too D! Mine died when I was just 4 and many times Ive wondered what it would have been like to have a relationship with her. I guess though, personality clashes do happen even between parent and child......
