Wow there woman if you turned side ways you'd vanish, an Irish break fast everyday for a week will sort you out if you don't need a by pass or jump leads for a heart attack at the end of it, get some obesity going there.

Ok, question for you. Do you want to get fat or just get the bumpy bits that make your top and jeans bulge out in all the right places?
jaynemx: really need to gain weight but in a healthy manner . any advice would be appreciated
You have to use weights and stay away from long workouts on machines or aerobics. Keep the repetitions down to 8-10 and only train each body part once a week
Squats - Shoulder Press - PullUp - Bench Press
The pull ups you can do at home if you get a bar from Lidl or a sports shop, right now they are about €10.
If you get started get back to me and I'll give you more advice.
i dont really want to use weights , dont want to end up really muscley , i do pole dancing for fitness but have stopped for a while as im way too skinny at the moment , i still do it at home but not as much . was hoping that if i just walked n ate rings around me it would work but its not happening yet :( thanks a mill

I am having problems with my perambulated tiba muscle, I tried tying the jack russel to my foot to give it extra weight while moving my leg in an vertical motion but still after hours of this and a cramp no joy the one leg muscle is still a lot larger than my right Tibialis posterior muscle, any tips?

Turn yourself into the ISPCA on your way to the sports injury clinic

Using weights won't may you 'muscley' unless you take steroids. It only builds core muscle strenght, the sort you need for healthy weight. Any other weight is called fat and that's easy enough to get. Lots of the regulars here could help yo with that I guess, not my area
