All my employment over the years has been gender equal...any payscale I was on was implemented accordingly regardless of gender so it there is a "conspiracy" it was never in the fields I have worked in and I have been in the workforce for over 25 years in a couple of different fields...But that is my personal experience...

Here in Brummieville the council thought they got away with exactly what you are talking about...

wasnt that all fixed bout early 90s..didnt the women get a lump sum from the dole cos they were paid less money up to 86..or 86 to 90 or something..
dunno if jobs had a role in paying back female employees or not or had to ...im a bit young to remember..but i do remember the dole cos it was a question on a business cert paper in school or something..., but certainly by the 90s it was illegal to pay men more than women for the same role..in ireland.
are we discussing ireland..which article did you gleam this supposed pay gap from cos i havent seen anything in reference to pay gap lately...cos we cant really discuss the finances of another culture n state i imagine.
