Yes, and it has a few features that could be useful, if not overused or abused.
But we'll see if its like when Coke changed their formula,....will enough people complain to change things,...I doubt it,....

I don't mind the look or the layout,the colors are nice,but personally This whole thumbs up/thumbs down business is a bad idea.I said it was going to be a bad idea months ago when the idea was brought up and I can see I was right.

There are other sites that have similar "rating systems". Once the "novelty" wears off, it won't be all that big of a deal IMHO

Maybe/maybe not. I think if people are receiving thumbsdown for no apparent reason, then they may say forget it and quit posting. Like I said in the international forums - its ok to disagree, but it would be helpful sometimes to have it explained as to why you feel that way. True,...but then again, its only a little "thumb" symbol,...but yes, I agree totally that if it is a sincere thumbs down, it should be explained. Then again, trolls have never made much sense,...

Perhaps you are right.I hope you are right because it gets a little discouraging to see five thumbs down on a post that says nothing but "good morning everyone".People try and laugh it off and say it doesn't matter but everyone keeps talking about it.You can tell it kind of stings.

I do hope that I am right, for yes, it does "sting" a bit when a thumbsdown show up for a perfectly pleasant post. If it continues past a "novelty stage", then a person can always send an e-mail to CS regarding the matter.

Honestly the spitefulness of someone giving you a red thumbs down for no reason other then they don't like you,will not go away.I don't want to go into anymore detail about that.All I will say is it's the reason I stopped posting in international.That was over in the International Forums, wasn't it?
Messaging the mods about it would not do anything because it's anonymous.

People will use the thumbs-up or down simply because they can, don't let it bother you Maryr. I,for one, barely see that feature while I am viewing the forums and your posting in the threads is just as relavent as anyone elses.
