I have great enjoyment with this game to bounce the ball off the cushions and sink the ball.
It takes a bit if time before you can judge how to hit the ball, but it soon becomes a skill on it's own ..
Have a go and it will become more fun than the original game.
Gr8guy.
Positioning the balls beforehand so that you can get them all will get you that. But no more.
To get more you have to sink multiple balls with a single shot. You get a 500 point bonus for each extra ball you sink. And that's a lot harder to position for. Especially seeing that there is no way to apply "english" to the balls and since you have to hit harder to move the balls from pocket to pocket there will be more scattering as you go.
The best strategy I've found to get scores above 55000 is to first set a ball in each corner and then cluster the others so as to permit a sort of break shot scattering balls in all directions and hopefully sinking at least 2 or 3 balls on that first shot.
Even after a successful break shot, you have to take more risks trying to sink multiple balls throughout the game or you won't pick up any more extra points.
55500 is pretty easy to get in that way.
60000 is difficult.
I've done 60500 three or four times.
I have no idea how people manage to do better than that.
There must be a trick to it.
