It was just the epitome of true love and total devotion.
Can't really put my finger on a particular part, it was beautiful right the way through.
The type of person who would enjoy this movie would be someone very romantic, passionate and someone with compassion.
Two other very moving movies are: Message in a Bottle, and Dear John.

I too prefered the Chinese version. It was a really great film, but I found the language tiring. I'm not a prude or anything, but felt it got to the point where it was detracting from the story. Yes, we know the word f*ck exists, we know you're grown up enough to use it, now move on

I took my wife to see this movie when it first came out. She was 5 months pregnant and to this day I wonder if it somehow made my daughter the "challenge child" we still laugh about.

This film just shows the narrow line between having a job and security and beening pennyless and living out of a suitcase..I think W.Smith was quite brave doing this film with his own child,,I enjoyed it,,,,
