I love to fly in private aircraft. I used to belong to a group called the "1941 Airshow" in New York. I managed to cage rides in almost all WWII aircraft except a B-29. Boy, those were the days! "Top Gun" was the closest I've come to flying in jets. Flying in combat would be my greatest thrill (and my greatest risk) in my life. I was Navy, but my eyesight kept me from flying in combat.
