Blanket of night
falls on her shoulders
dreams wait upon her
as softly she sleeps

There in the dreamshop
they lie awaiting
for stardust to touch
and breathe in her dream

Dream comes to life
like little toy soldiers
coming to life
in the night hour

Sinks deep inside
invades her subconscious
dreams will meet dreamer
the courtship begins

Waltzing on venus
with a sweet lover
walk on the moon
overshadow the earth

Wearing a gown
blue as the starlight
skipping the planets
in shadows she runs

Such is the world
of dreamers and shadows
moonbeams and people
born in the night
