Self

We enter alone and leave alone.
A sobering yet freeing fact.
But we find people to be beholden too and who hold us back.

Embrace this truth and shed the skimming eyes.
You are only free when you attain reason and then realise.

About this poem:
I want to express that I feel we should not be burdened by people's opinion of us when we are truly alone but I think that is a good thing in the way that we shouldn't allow anyone that opinion because when we realise we are alone then we are free to be our on self.

It's often more relaxing to
be oneself. If we strive to
love ourslf then others will
follow. Very succinct CosyDays.thumbs up angel cheers
