Oh, Mind

Oh,mind, such wisdom has
builded you, but where is
your house?
Do you dwell in stone palaces
where servants answer your
beckon call
Are you the midnight phantom
whose voice whispers through
the evergreens
Can your thoughts be found
grazing among pastures of
golden grain
Perhaps your sacred dwelling
cannot be approached by a
simple act of will
Look into your face to intently
and you cannot be seen
Me thinks you are a child of
eternity yet you are not to
be worshiped but devotion must
be delivered to the one who
assembled your thoughts and
set them within the red earth
to florish
Oh, mind many have sought your
dwelling and were lost to themselves
But be that as it may for you are born
of nobler stuff holding worlds in the
palm of your hand, and yet you oh, mind..
hide in the spirit of life~

Ty marikia..' Like the teacher you are you have disected and put in chronological order the true logic and meaning of this poem..I think I've given an explanation of the mind which might appear abstract yet describes its trancendent nature rather concretely..It's a challendge writing of the mind which I want to do more of and more exhaustively because its like trying to describe the taste of water..lol.dunno professor help teddybear
