About this poem:

It's about growing old, slipping out of the gene pool, having in the past gotten thoroughly wet. It's about disappointment one couldn't remain faithful, got bored or thoroughly hacked off with a partner or partners. It's about being Human, erring, regretting, but knowing you can't turn back the clock. It's also about release, breaking free from Earthly ties and shackles, well, that's in part deux.
