Dancing in the Clouds of Love!

The music softly plays an overture to love!

Sounds which many women anxiously are waiting for
deep within their hearts

The women await the ballroom dance to start
with fear of being left unpicked

Handsome men moved across the floor, choosing dancing partners for the night

She flutters eyes at one, she hoped would glide her across life’s ballroom floor

Would he pick her, would he be the one to dance with her … for evermore

She coyly looks with watchful eye, for who will be her first dancing date

Oh! One man picked the girl sitting next to her,
he was not the one she desired

Then the tall handsome stranger the one she wanted suddenly appeared

How handsome he was in his black tuxedo, a pleasing smile and eyes of deep inviting, twinkling blue

He bowed and asked her if she would care to dance

She slowly rose and hand in hand, she said I guess I’ll try and take a chance on you!

She lost her breath, melted into his manly arms and danced in clouds of love, made for only two

It was a waltz and they glided smoothly around the ballroom floor

Eyes entwined they saw no one else, love’s song played for them alone

He held her softly within arms soft embrace and she was lost in his land of forever more

As the dance slowed down he danced her to the garden’s door

She went down love’s garden path, of course he was the one for her

He was her choice for life’s forever dance and this she always knew

Ah! The music is starting would you care to give me the next dance I'd like to take a chance on you!

For I am looking for life’s dancing partner, are you looking too?
