Times you hurt
You are the most touched feeling
In my heart

Times I feel it will last
Times it’s just a spark
You are a timeless feeling
In my heart

Times it seems natural
Times it’s atypical
You are the least justified feeling
In my heart

Times it’s complicated
Times it’s three words
You are an inexplicable warm feeling
Within my heart…

About this poem:

I was deeply in love with an elderly person. It took very long time for me to discover my true feelings towards him and accept that I am deeply in love with him. I authored this poem for him and the poem was hidden under my folders, unseen, for very long time. He passed away recently abandoning my feelings, my belief and me.

With the pain of sorrow, sometimes comes a feeling of resentment because he left you, in time you will hopefully come to terms with this as most of us do.
But it proves you really loved him
