And some days it seems like it will be enough The handling of the day Getting through it and out on the other side Working one's way down a list Every check mark an accomplishment A moment here or there that matters Moving toward something Then there are the days less often The disquieting of the temperament The yearning for the not-yet known Regret mixes with possibility at the change Minutes seems like days And decisions are made over the course of the thoughts

About this poem:
Some days are easy, when work is demanding and fruitful, and others days I find myself overly reflective...
A day broken down to thought in time's passed an one's where the day's past with no minutes, lol sure most can relate, reflectively, I try to keep one mirror in my house. Ty for sharing this:)

I know growth often comes from reflection, so sometimes it is welcome. But other times I want to turn it off.
thought and reflection are good if used for healing. An endless loop that we often get into can be wasteful though.

I agree, too much reflection can lead to regret and ultimately despair. Once you reach that point, time becomes a wasted element that we find ourselves lost in.
