Whisper To Me, Please

Soft
Gentle breeze
Whisper his name to me

Please
~
Tell me when
And tell me where
He’ll beckon to set my heart free
~
Talk to me
Of this hero
Who will dare the winds of time
A man that’s brave
True
And fair
Who will look beyond the rhyme
~
Allow me to know his strength
Unveiling to me his deeds
Hold nothing back
As you open my eyes
And help me to meet my needs
~
As the storms of life approach
And impending doom draws near
Surround me with your breath of fresh air
Making my direction clear
~
Then I will know the earth’s secrets
The unseen lay before me to view
And I will follow my destiny
As revealed to my soul
By you
