Figment of My Imagination

Your complexity
Intensifies me
Walking away
You turn around
Brooding, and
Exuding confidence
You think…
And you hesitate,
Watching…
Every move I make
You wait, and you bait
You contemplate…
Your natural inclinations
To take
To break
To retaliate
You need to taste…
You’re a man of action
That drives you to distraction
For every minor infraction
You want to make me pay…
Bound and wincing
I need little convincing
That you mean business
Sooner than later
Reaching out
You clearly define your boundaries
And everything you see
Leaving me no room to breathe
To squirm free
You score your victory
