Poltergeist
Poltergeist
Also known as stone throwing ghost
They are the rarest of ghosts
They move objects
They are often associated with a person
Usually a young child
The movie poltergeist has a demonic force
It abducts their daughter by sucking her into a closet
Why didn't they leave immediately when the chairs moved
A tree almost ate their son
Their daughter spent some horrifying time with ghosts and satan
All caused by a greedy boss
Who wouldn't move the tombstones
Which teaches us an important lesson
Build your home on a cemetary
And you just might piss off some poltergeists

About this poem:
Just started watching the movie Poltergeist. Heather O'Rourke who played Carol Ann Freeling died in 1988 at the age of 12 from a misdiagnosed intestinal stenosis. I have seen the other two movies and you can really see her face puffed out from her illness in Poltergeist III. The closest I have ever come in contact with a ghost was at a farm house my sister rented back in 1980.
