burning love

this world
in a state
of confusion
upside down
in no mans land
love eternal flame
blossoming red
flames on fire
with the rays
a red setting sun

burning deep
hot pokers
inside this heart
power of another
hangs one's destiny
crossing the dead sea
flickering shadows
smoldering ashes
in dreams
staring into
an empty space

opening the windows
of my soul
misted emotions fall
loving someone
beyond everything
drowning in pain
one gulp a time
slipping away
dealing with
the heart's hurt
this nightmare
holds pain within

awaiting light
of the morning sun
dawning of life
carrying dark shadows
in ghosts of loved ones
until we meet again
love never leaves
we get hurt
within loves emotion

I guess its a good thing to write out how you feel on a paper and I'm glad to see you're doing that my friend. I will try that also, lets see how it all works out.

Light seems impossible to see if all you've known is darkness, I can relate. Good heartfelt write old pal.

dear friend darkness seems to always follow me i sold my soul for love my mind is in a very gloomy space cannot face my family on christmas eve i lit a candle saying a prayer to thanking him for love ,days i have spent crying i feel totally drained almost lifeless like i have no energy left you never know sparks might fly
each day the shadows grow little lost being honest dear friend spent what i thought would be the happiest day crying craving a little love i will say a prayer for you tonight dearest friend hope the angels grant your wishes in the new year and find someone beautiful for your heart your a good friend best wishes liam

dearest friend took your advice wrote something oh if the angel comes back i will start skipping and dancing might even try to do summersaults trying to bring light into it your a good friend thank you ever so much i pray the gloom will pass because the darkness clouds the vision as you well know but the light is still burning very strong just dealing with the pain is the problem thats my soul crying out because its a deep hurt deeper than the heart burns non stop thank you so much phyllis god bless you i pray you have a wonderful new year and may the angels above grant your wishes in happiness of love
