wine and dine

The table set
Silk white linen
Drapped
Silver cutlery

The candles lite
Flowers drapped
A dinner for two
Champagine flows

Bubbles rise
The starters served
Champainge on ice
Prawn salad

Or soup for my lover
Posh roast
With spuds
And veg the lot

The cherry on the cake
A dessrt to impress chocolate gateaux and chocolate sauce
Coffee with mint and tea
We scoff the lot

We dine are meal is scoffed the music play candles dim
On the settee
We settle play time begins
