I write
I write from my heart
and my soul
sometimes I'm
a little bold..
I try to express
what I feel best
bring out a view
that can be shared
by more than a few..
Love that's new
and love that
is lost
love can come
with a heavy cost
Of broken hearts
grown apart
alas, I've seen
love treated
as a lark..
But I've seen
what love can be
happiness between
me and thee.
