I designed my own emoticon
but somehow I did something wrong
Instead of staying on the screen
this emoticon was slightly mean

It had a life all of its own
Instead of small became full blown
Others tried to use it gladly
but it acted rather badly

Whereas some may dance and wriggle
this one had a nasty giggle
If girls were in a skirt you see
it would shoot up there with glee

Not sure what it did up there
but girls were smiling everywhere
No longer had a use for boys
must have been better than their toys

Now girls are haunting cyberspace
with funny looks there on their face
Rest of us sit sad and alone
'cause I designed the wrong emoticon
