You're right there, Buddy! Though I avoid technology as much as I can - sure it's helpful in some areas - just like here at C.S. C.S. is nice b/c you can connect with people all over the world and learn much more about how they think, what life's like in other places, etc.
But I still do snail mail, even sometimes with people I know from here. As useful as computers are, they seem to eat up a person's time... and more importantly, as in your poem - it's easy to lose sight of reality- esp. in how people treat each other- as in bullying, etc. (And all that data stored by all those servers-kinda scary thought!) Guess we need to strike a balance and try to stay grounded in reality, even here on this site!
Nice, thought-provoking write! SCatlyn

We live in unreality
We only live in unreality if we choose to Wayne, I myself have a life away from my computer. Sitting too long ain't good.
HI, wayne34, Served by many Servers All data stored... The digital trail we leave is similar to boxes of private letters, secretly stored, that get discovered and opened after one departs this worldly life. There is probably truth to be found in both trails left behind, more or less depending on the person leaving it. Thank you for sharing your verse on A land of un reality and the challenge of new persona found therein.
