The circus

It's like when you're at the carnival,
You see the big fancy rides with the loops and whoops,
While some people are obviously having a great time,
Others are screaming,
Some even crying...,
You can see it from beginning to end from your point of view...,
All the highs and lows,
Ups and downs of the whole roller coaster,
You can imagine what it's like as if you are there doing it...,
So now you dont have to ride it...,
That's how I see life...as a giant amusement park,
I look at the long lines and sometimes some rides dont seem like that they'd be that much fun...

hey there mad wave yeah, some rides aren't that much fun, no doubt. probably a lot in fact. maybe life is all about our discerning which if any line to entertain, so we can be 'in but not of' the world and then live from that place. maybe life then becomes something more, in a greater sense of meaning. idk teddybear

Hi tat ,

Yes That's a very insightful way of looking at life because it is a circus be it as one of the acts or in the audience .

Life Ivan be a roller coaster or a bumpy dodger then learning to steer clear only to bump again so take a Ryde on the carosal going around and around,

Full circle again,

Love your poem thankyou,
