Silenced

Frustration tightens the noose,
So I try to let it loose,
But who can hear
With fingers in their ears?
So many times I've tried
To make my feelings known,
But their mouths open wide
And their minds clamp down.
They hold on to their views
Of how things ought to be,
And say the path they choose
Is the one that's best for me.

My father, my manager, some coworkers, just seem you are better off avoiding these people for they are shut down and only want their opinions heard, even if those ideas are wrong as hell!devil jackolantern
