Birds

At dusk
the birds come alive
companions of loneliness.
I'm smiling
rays
the setting sun.
I put my forehead on
to the glass
seeking relief.
At dusk
car sound
louder
they stopped singing
birds
Just an eagle owl
is not afraid
the hustle and bustle.
At dusk
I shut up
in cocoon heat
woven
from spider thread.
suspended
between waking up and sleeping.
