I look out the window see snowflakes. Like ballerinas dancing to inaudible music. People wrapped in colorful scarves wandering through the streets of the city. They go to homes to warm hands in the bonfire of love. I look out the window my hands are still cold.
I look out of my window and I see snow, I look into my computer window, and I read about snow... Thanks for reminding me that it is just going into the beginning of winter here...and thanks for putting it in words. Their is a bright side to this, we do not live in Australia, where they are in summer, in drought, and raging fires devouring homes.. At this point I am thankful that a little snow may be a blessing..Nice Job. Hotrodlarrys
I complain about the snow and cole but like Hotrodlarrys said there are worse places climate wise to live then New York State. At least here we do not get severe tornadoes or hurricanes. And cuddling on a cold winter's night does have it's advantages. The snow seems to make everything clean and new - like a fresh start in life! Come January though I usually am so ready for Spring!! Thus why I wrote my "Winter Blues" poem.
Thank you for reviews :) I come to the conclusion that my English is really bad and I should shoot myself because I wrote only about "my cold hands" which are not heated "in the bonfire of love". Maybe I shouldn't write in English
Writing in another language that is not your native one, is a gift. (You did well!) When the snow starts the winter season in many places, it is a beautiful sight. Many parts of the world are so different. Unique places and scenery. Thanks for sharing.
Please don't shoot yourself, there is nothing worse than a bloody dead body lying on the snow, then counting the hours of work for the police officers and the necrophores ..payed by the community....no no don't do it, if it can make you feel less lonely .. I have cold hands.. and a broken English ..too??
