A good many kids play "doctor". When I was a child, children weren't closely supervised like they are today, so we had no trouble hiding the stuff we did from our parents. In fact, my parents grew old and died without ever knowing half of the stuff we kids used to do, like running the car off the road at over 100 mph and into a field, luckily without damaging anything. Or riding a horse over a train trestle and falling off into the river below, horse and rider arriving home unscathed.

I was the best lady inspector on the block. I was a very lucky lad, there were several young ladies who needed a check up. I was a smooooooth talker back then.
