Casey Anthony was released from jail earlier this morning. She went first to her attroney office in Orlando. Then non discript several cars left the under ground parking complex.
Most here think that she is headed to Porto Rico. But none are sure were she is or is going.
There have been a number of secondary law suits filed regarding the Casey Anthony case.
Mr. Crock has filed a defamation law suit against the private investigator. Eqa Search the TX firm that does human and human remain searches has filed a law suit against Casey Anthony. A diver (he did a search in a local river) has filed a law suit against Casey Anthony.

Bumping up the thread isn't going to change the verdict.
LET IT GO!!
When Conrad Murray goes on trial in September 2011 for allegedly causing the death of Michael Jackson the public will put Casey Anthony on the back burner.
The jury said O.J. Simpson wasn't guilty yet many think he is guilty. Sixteen years later, how many times a day do you think of O.J. Simpson for more than a second or two.
The day will come when the public will talk about the woman in Florida who they think got away with murder, but it will only be for a second. The public will move on to the next media craze when Conrad Murray goes on trial.
Caylee's story will always be in our hearts but it should be put on a shelf. We don't need to talk about Caylee to remember her.
Showing anger towards Casey Anthony doing doesn't let Caylee rest in peace.

Anybody can turn on HLN and see the whole story over and over.
If you weren't angry, you wouldn't have made an attempt to continue with the subject. It's my feeling that you want to get people riled up again that she was released from prison today. I doubt there are many who don't know that. What purpose does it serve to get the peeps in here to express AGAIN how angry they are.
You have the right to post whatever you want Tom but do you honestly want to play the same role the media is by hashing this over and over.
No matter what you or anyone else says from this point forward, this is my last comment on the subject.
I'd say she's guilty based in all circumstantial evidence. I just can't understand how was she able to survive and feed her child and enjoy partying without the support of her parents, then put accusing fingers on them later. With no family support now where will she go and up to when can she pretend. Surely nobody would ever trust her anymore. Even if she make a book out of it or a movie deal or any money making deal for that matter, bad karma would fall on her just like OJ. As I don't have a daughter, I keep on sighing for that angel.

What I posted was pretty much what every local news channel was saying about her release. Casey Anthony is still a topic of discussion at least locally. Personally, I know that double jeopardy on murder charges means that she will never see another court on them.
But that she still does have legal issues with her falsehoods and lies of earlier.....should be discussed some. Then you also have the Caylee Anthony laws that are sprouting up in the country. Another good topic.

All good points, but I don't agree with them...the Casey Anthony case should not be forgotten as lessons can be learned, law can be changed, silver linings "could" be found...Plus, TT lives in Florida and might be a little more "in tune" with the case..You don't have to read the thread, you don't have to post to the thread...He is right though, it is still current news and will be for some time...Why make a big deal out of it, it is what it is....JMO....
Not to mention the 1m Dollar interviews offers that Casey Anthony is getting now.
The interveiw broker that tried to make the Jerry Springer interview happen. And failed. Just put together his own production company to offer Casey Anthony 1m for a interview. The 1m coming from 'unnamed investors'. He says it is a 'done deal'.
Casey Anthony's attoreny is saying no such deal has been done.
Perhaps not of premeditation, but of being the cause of the little girl's death, and of an illegal cover-up after-the-fact, including lying about everything.
She should have gotten about 8 to 12 for Manslaughter. I don't think the jury did a very good job of comprehending the court's instructions, and applying them.
Most of them reportedly believe she is guilty too. But, they just felt they couldn't convict her, based on how they interpreted what they were told to do.
The primary victim in all of this. is of course little Caylee, who didn't have a deceitful bone in her body.
RowdyBoy: Oh she's as guilty as the day is long IMHO.

I have no sympathy for her mother.
I haven't either!
Just like OJ Simpson, she doesn't have a guilty conscience in her mind and in any fiber of her being!
She reportedly didn't report the little Caylee missing to the police for 30 days!WHAT???That information alone shows her deceitfulness and GUILT, without any doubt, in my mind! Like OJ, she'll have to look at herself in the mirror and see what a dispicable murderer she really is!
One day, Her judgement day will come before God, then, I doubt any tender mercies will be coming her way. An eternal hell awaits her.
She even lacks the common decency to explain to ANYONE that maybe there was an accident in her death. Instead there was this Giant COVER-UP of her death. She just rid herself of her baby's body in some swamp area nearby her residence, problem solved. But, of course, if she told the truth of what really happened, her charge of Manslaughter would mean a much longer prison sentence.
It's supposed to be reasonable doubt-not any small doubt. Another joke jury, not paying attention. They were also instructed not to let the possible penalty influence their decision, but already one of them has mentioned in an interview that she wouldn't have felt right if casey potentially was put to death when there was some doubt. There are no other suspects. There's no chance she would sit in jail for three years if her father was in any way responsible for the death. These people would need a videotape or eyewitness to convict. Pathetic and unrealistic. It's no wonder many jurors said they felt sick about the verdict. That what happens when you know you're doing the wrong thing.
