Some can look fine .. depends on the shape of the head and if they have really good fine features, small ears are a must for a shaved head and big eyes are necessary to carry off the look. Doesn't suite older women but young women can sometimes look quite good.

My crown has be shaved twice once at 12 because of a head injury and at 23 for style.

Thanks for asking. I am licensed in all areas here in Oregon..

and I am also certified in Oregon by the boar of education to teach all the above in a school of cosmetology.
So basically I am also very much trained in barbering even beyond the licence. many just have the licence but can not use a straight edge..I can. I do.
