I`m curious how people take care of their health. If you are not a senior, how do you see yourself when you get to that point and if you are already a senior can you keep up with the seniors depicted in the link that I have provided? This film clip is about the "jitterbug",however the main point of the poll that I have started is to determine if people see themselves as health conscious enough to do these kinds of things as they age.

I do not exercize, I guzzle caffeine and sugar and have deplorable eating habits, so I will probably live to be 90 and laugh as all the people I hate die off one by one.

may I have the next dance with you ?
Oooops, I forgot. Dancing is for freaky people. I think I would rather be in the hot seat at singsign prison that be on a dancefloor.
Ack! I just Googled my old school district. Lemke is teaching high school now. I would have thought someone would have dropped a house on her by now. There should be a law that psychopaths and people who hate kids are not allowed to teach.

And back to the question. I loved the video. The energy, the enthusiasm, the talent. It showed me you can do anything at any age if you set your mind to it. It also showed me that these people are very fit but, it does not detract from the waistline alas. With age comes change. Its inevitable, but it comes with choices as well. I am 50 and I find my life is still full of the same demands I had 20 years ago. I work fulltime, Im a Mother and a Father. Exercising is the last thing I want to do. Lazy? Unmotivated? Or just badly needing a rest? I wish to retire and go and explore some great fun activities while I still have the energy to enjoy them. Ive still got at least 15 years to go.
Walking is a cheap and healthy way to stay fit.....Two miles a at a normal walk will only take about 30 min out of your day....730 miles per year and I could almost guarantee that you will be extremely happy with the results.....Do it without fail every day for great results.
I do alot of walking in my employment. I am outside in all sorts of weather, still walking and performing my duties. Does this count as exercise? I dont puff and pant and Im pretty sure my heart rate does not go up. Its more of a leisurely stroll really.
Sweet. Theres always something good in everything.
Witchaywoman: Yeah. There were lots of teachers I loved. One of them makes movies with the kids and plays them on Cable access. He let us write the movies. I was the bad guy in one.
