The new type of implants are a vast improvement on the original silicon ones used and a better option for women who need them. Pretty good really but I still prefer natural.

I like them on women and I never ask where they come from ! Breast enhancement, either for cosmetic reasons or because of a masectomy ( breast cancer ) is not the domain of anyone but the wearer . If you want to be a purist that is your perogative but it doesn't give you the right to impose your beliefs on anyone else . I'm shure you wouldn't like others telling you how to run your life so don't add to the chorus !
