Nikogas: well it just cooled down enough to make one on my favorite sandwiches! I think the bread is so important,,,like the foundation. I got this bread today, it is a french bread that was baked with a nice dark crust and is really hearty!! then I have the spread, I love to use white yogurt, it is the kind with the active cultures. Ok, I use a nice Avocado and mince it so it actually in part becomes one with the bread. then I add this thinly sliced deli meat...first is the Bourbon chicken, then the hard dry salami. I make sure the meat is separated by the cheese or something. Tonight I used the cheese. This is a vintage Tillamook white medium cheese that is aged a bit longer,,I actually like the sharp better but the medium is very nice. So I cut it in half and that's it. Simple but it is just very tasty. If you have any questions on sandwich making or the art of combining edibles just drop me a message and I will share what I can. Until next time Bons Sonhos!! Nikogas!! ;-}

Indian pakistani and Italian food are the best in taste and good for health in world.While in chinese food they use agino motto and some powders(for thicking food gravey) they are not good for health according to new research and fast food is ok to eat once in a week.

Sorry I missed this earlier Jack, of course!! In fact I just had a late night sandwich that was almost as good as the one I described,,,Believe it or not the one thing that made the difference was the Bread!!! tonight I did not have the bread as nice as the other night,,but!! I did have Turkey for the meat, and that was great and the cheese is one we have here called "Pepper-Jack" Tillamook cheese. It has different peppers in it and it is spicy but Nagyon Finom!! So yes! use what ever meat or no meat, the Avocado was great too,,I can have the nice avocado on some real nice bread and the white yogurt and be satisfied easily.

the best food in the world is BREAD poor or rich - all like and eat bread. You eat bread everyday and still you do not feel fed up with.. and majority of world population consider bread as a basics.
