California is the most productive agriculture states in the USA, so don't need Ali's cauliflower if he has any, which I don't know, I know he grows mangos and bananas. Besides anything produce related would be intercepted because we have to protect our produce, we even have border stops for produce coming into California from other states.
PS (I've never had fried cauliflower, sounds good!)
