most of the options you gave are more than fine in my book except the meeting in a bar and a casual date to a strip club ones... As a first date I like a place in which we can talk and listen easily and somewhere I can see him while I converse with him

any of the options that involve food or meals are uninteresting. Like a lot of women I have a structured diet and I also prefer not to eat in restaurants. Personally I do not care to eat in front of someone I just met. so I pretty much have to instantly friend zone the ones who ask me out to dinner. I'd prefer something interesting & fun & active. I won't be pairing up with a couch potato who wastes money on food that would be better had we cooked it ourselves

probably bothit's probably some kind of weird fantasy to roll in the syrup and lick each other off or something. guys are such perverts - as a general rule of course. there might be exceptions..........
