seeee .. it's not that important.. but.. well.. at least people will have some idea of who they are clickin on .. thats all. But looks are secondary. ultimately .. it's how we treat each other and make each other feel - that's what counts. Respect

Watch out for this one she is very smart. Seriously though a pic is the first level of trust on both sides. Would you enter into a conversation with someone wearing a bag over their head or a mask? Or talk to someone whose features were hidden in the dark? It creates some sort of negative resonance in people at least until you have established your own identity. It can be done as many here have managed to prove but I am quite sure that the majority of them faced some rather difficult times and garner less attention to their profiles than those who openly post a pic. Oh yeah the sweet lady who responded first is very smart and quite the wit to boot.
If the person has the qualities to earn my respect, admiration...and hopefully their character and personality will win my heart. too often I've read here and have seen where ones appearance beguiled another only to bring heartache and sadness to one or both.
One thing I've learned is, everyones appearances change, sometimes drastically by as simple of a thing as a bad haircut.
Sure pictures have a purpose, and that is look how I looked when "this" picture was taken. rarely do we all look as good consistently as the picture we choose to post.
Dressed up or down our appearances constantly change until we have the respect and admiration of another, it is only then we will always look truly appealing/good.
So today as was yesterday I continue to hold to the hope, that my sense of vision/eyesight will be out voted by the rest of my senses.
As always it would be a great thing if all my senses would be in agreement... but truthfully how rare of an event is that with us all?
