But forced, under-age marriage still happens in rural, poverty stricken areas where the law against it is ignored in favour of cultural and financial reasoning.
Ali, gender discrimination happens the world over (against men and women, but more so against women) and each part of the world needs to recognise its own unique ways of doing that.

First of all, a woman from a western country would never move to Pakistan and secondly, a western woman would never become a servant to a a man and finally a western woman in most cases would never marry a Muslim man.
