Yeah. American Apparel is desperate for creating controversy. The article also said it had underage models before in it's lineup. I'd say they no more want to create conversation than as far as the Cash Register says so.
apart from the controversy they can make, it's interesting, it's a cultural issue... like health ... feel comfortable ..feel attracttive to your partner
