Zeurich, I totally support what you are doing. School can be an intimidating place for a child especially if it's their first day. Cherished your moments walking them to school because when they become teenagers they can become offended if you try to continue this practice.

Zeurich: I am walking my daughter to her school before I go to work. She is completely fine with it and she is 8 year old. But this become an headache to parents who send their kids all alone to school. And they bugging me to send my child all alone with out wasting my time to walk to her. Honestly I am annoyed by this. I want to know what you all think.
Other parents , don't let them dictate/suggest that you stop walking your child to school since A) It's the responsible thing to do and B) She's happy to have you come along with with her .

I'm not a parent myself but it's boringly painfully obvious to me that if I was then I'd ensure his/her safety to and from school even if it's not 'trendy' to do so .
Don't be made to feel guilty for being a better parent than the finger pointers thumbs up

Walking with your daughter to her school allows for quality and valuable chatting time, can never have enough of that. As long as your daughter feels good about having your company, of course it's a great idea to walk with her, but soon, in the next couple of years, she may feel embarrassed by it. You know, she'll want to be a big girl, kind of thing... Great job, Sir.

Never, treasure each and every moment you have with your daughter, they will be memories she will carry with her the rest of her life. Time with your daughter is much more precious than the opinion of some busy body.

I'm sorry Miss Zeurich. I just noticed that your name is in the color pink. Going by your picture, I thought you were a guy. Nevertheless, my comment still stands... Great job, Miss. wine
