I don't know anything about Trudeau, but I seem to think that Canada is a democracy, in which case Trudeau is only there because he is more popular than the alternatives. That seems a reasonable state of affairs to me.

Trudeau is in there because a massive population of dam FOOLS put him in there. Now they are paying for it. If people are going to vote like self-drugged fools they want someone more "positive thinking" then they'll be rewarded with a dictator.And SHUT UP america, because you are not far behind.
