Quite a few. The most extreme was in the Hindu Kush mountains, North West Frontier Province, Pakistan. It was almost, forget eveything you know and start again from scratch......uh oh

There are so many cultural differences, but our culture is the basis of our life, culture is not just a religious belief but it is a technique to survive easily in those circumstances in that environment. But the culture should be improved from time to time according to the changed circumstances so that harmony can be established with the environment and circumstances.

I've been immersed in far away places where my native language was seldom spoken or heard. It felt so good after several weeks in these places on hearing American English spoken.....

Dah, I like dags. My last dag was a British bull terrier. She was Hard headed but a lovely dag.

Romanticism is seem as cringe in most first world country cultures, I had to adapt and become a cold zombie like them
