lady93: I think I need to rephrase this question. I am not talking about where your parts came from. Nor if your car has parts in in from all over the world. Example: GM and Chevy's its located here in the U.S so your car would be american made correct? If I am wrong please correct me
Gm was originally an American company, yes. But now its international with offices and factorys all over the world
This month, I'm driving my 1975 Ford F150 V-7. (has burnt valve)& will probably switch to back to my 83 Monte Carlo when something else breaks on the Ford. For work, I drive a '98 GMC 1 ton Flatbed.

Thanks. Im learning lol Thank you for your nice calm explanation. So Gm has factories across the globe that assembles cars and trucks and ship them back to the U.S?
I have a foreign made vehicle (a Mercedes that I bought from a departing diplomat for an absolute steal!). Luckily, though, I live very close to work and I only use my car about once a month on a weekend when I want to go out of the city. Within the city of Athens, parking is such a problem that I prefer to either walk, take the Metro, or take a taxi.
cristina: Will you tell me about your motorized one if you have one? Does it get you wherever on time?
I dont have a bike anymore, health reasons. My last one was a Suziki 850gs. It would do about 160 MPH. It was agood bike, no real problems the whole time I had it

I've had 4 Suzuki's a 67 X6 Hustler 250 2 stroke, a 380 triple which I rode from NJ to FL & back, a 78 550 GS I bought new, and a 78 GS 1000, That one was way too big for me but it would fly. Suzuki was one of the best handling bikes on the road.
Right now I have a 99 Nissan Altima and a 94 Mazda Miata which I call my garage queen. Oh and a 22 foot Mack truck I use for delivering freight.
I had a 1995 Thunder bird that I traded in on my focus. And I loved this car for 10 years and the gas mileage was good as well. But when the transmission when out I got rid of it. But I had to park the Thunderbird during the winter. Can you say sled!
USThumper: I think the weight had a lot to do with the ride. It weighed close to 6000 lbs
I love it because it has everything in it. There is nothing you can ask it to do and a computer takes care of it. The only thing is missing is the newer ones has the air conditioned seats.

Now they just need an autopilot and you could get in, tell it where you want to go, and take a nap

Omg that reminds me of what a truck drive I had talked to awhile back. He said while driving he and other truck drivers do it as well. When they get thristy they get up and go to the fridge, the freaking truck has no driver for a bit. OMG
