enough is enough thank you i know how blind people feel as im heading down the same road losing my eye sight and if that's how people are going to treat someone with a disability well then your all going to be the ones who are single in years to come so yes i would date a blind person their just the same as everyone else and some are smarter than most people

Yes, I would. I have a friend who's blind, and so I even have experience in helping someone who's blind navigate the world. It's amazing to me to watch how he organizes things to make the world easier to live in, but it sure takes a lot of trust on the part of the blind person, too.

What is the difference. I mean we all got something that is not exactly perfect. I mean, if the person is loving and kind, and you love them... I could date a blind person, legally blind person... whatever.If we all have this dating thing all figured out, and we were all perfect... How did most of us end up here on CS?

I'd have problem with a deaf person....we'd have to write notes or use body language. Seriously tho, I wouldn't hold a disability against someone.
I did have a problem with a young man (too young for his disability) a couple of months ago. He had the same 2 things that my husband died from and it was hard to say yes to having another date....brought back too many terrible memories. It was more of an illness than a disability.

Well, considering I am blind (not completely blind, but legally blind), yes I would. I think it is completely shallow of the people that wouldn't. If a person couldn't look past something like that and just see them for who they truly are as a person, they don't deserve a good man/woman.
