I make country wines not a grape to be seen have carrot, beetrooy , parsnip, elderflower apple and nettle on the go now next one will be oakleaf try it its easy to do I use 5ltr water bottles as demijohns and plastic coke bottles instead of glass wear and beleive me it hits the spot and the chickens get the lees and sleep soundly on it

well its mostly hedgrow stuff i use so its free all i have to do is supply the sugar and i have a realy nice recipie for tomato wine so nothing gets wasted mind you my house leaves something to be desired at times i cant see a window cill still saves dusting them
