One should get the 'nitty gritty' over with first.......... after you've made love for a few hours and got to know each other a little better THEN, maybe, you should shower and change and go out for a nice relaxing meal and a drink - vice versa is far too stressfull!

I consider dinner to be a better type date, because first impressions are everything. A person can determine his/her personal impression to be tolerable or impossible. Everyone has an opportunity to ask questions, observe appearance, and more importantly exam body language. If dinner is successful, you can further your date with a walk or a movie...it can lead to a better night.
