If a genie granted you a wish, one specific wish that would allow anyone (of your choosing )to fall in love with you, would you do it. They would fall in love with you in an instant. You would be fully aware that this love did not follow a natural progression, the other party not getting the chance to go through the normal steps it takes to fall in love with someone (getting to know them, etc.). Also, they will never be aware of the wish. Would you still do it? Why or why not?

No, it will never work. Love must be mutual!! That is the only kind of true love, anything else is a waist of time. It will eventually fall apart, the spell will run out, because there is no such thing for the long term. grin cool

I said no. Reason being I want to attract my future partner and he to attract me. Not looks,but humor,beliefs,things in common. I like it to start slow and build. I learned a few years ago that the saying "watch what you wish for,it might come true",really is right on. So I am careful what I wish.

Simply no. I would want to know and feel that he loved me for me and who I am.

I would rather experience all the things along the journey of falling in love. Like how the first kiss tasted and felt. How it felt being in his arms. And how I miss the feeling of knowing he is going to call or coming over. Those butterflies and the smile on both of our faces.

These things you would not get with instant gratification!
