I am noticing gas and food prices keep rising here and I find myself starting to budget more and put aside more money for food and gas like I had to in 2008 when prices for gas were getting crazy. A half gallon of cranberry juice went from $4.00 to over $7.00 and gas is peaking at $3.00 a gallon here now, which keeps jumping about 10 to 15 cents every week now.
I looked at current gas prices worldwide and I still feel I am lucky not to have to pay European prices for gas, but I feel I may be paying them shortly this winter.
Kind of puts a damper on any traveling ideas this winter too.
Anyone else feeling this pinch in your pocket book? Are gas and food prices still rising where you are? Even if you are in another Country?
Wow,$3.00 for a gallon of gas. Try paying $40.00 for 5 gallons; it's crazy!

Prices are going up so fast. I purchased a few ears of corn the other day, that was all I bought, and in the few minutes it took for me to get from the corn to the cashier they changed the freaking sign and I ended up paying $1.50 more then I had expected.
