That sounds fabulous, but most of the time I pretty much stick to the whole "working out my frustrations at the gym" thing. It keeps me fit and an added bonus is that I am less likely to physically assault someone since I'm too exhausted to do anything!;-)

I can relate to that.. I too like to leave my stress in the gym. I come out of the gym refreshed but exhausted all at once. It's better than what I used to do when I was young and doesn't require apologies.
I feel i should not talk when i feel stressed because i will get angry on all matters. so i will either go out so that my familiar people are not around me.

Ehh, but all the people in my life seem to be so much bigger than I am! So what starts out as a good stress relief of assaulting them merely results on me looking up at them from the floor!
I like going to the gym and sweating to the oldies on my IPod to reduce stress. I also do mental exercises and think about beautiful things and places like white sand beaches in Hawaii.
First thing I do is look for my "place of solitude". If I can't find solitude at the time being, I get on the PC and play or watch a movie to chill out.
lately, I turn my eighties music up as loud as it can go, and I sing and dance around until I am way too tired to care about what I was stressed about to begin with. Take a bath, and call it a day.
